JGK Real Estate Holdings (“JGK”) is a privately held real estate acquisitions and finance company backed by select ultra-high-net-worth families, specializing in the acquisition and / or financing of real estate assets across the United States.

JGK has the flexibility to explore a variety of deal types and capital structures across the capital stack without any predetermined hold periods.

Led by Managing Partner Benedetto Kahlun, JGK’s team brings extensive expertise in navigating the investment landscape, including acquisitions, financing, and asset management.

/Leadership

Benedetto Kahlun is the Managing Partner of JGK Real Estate Holdings. His responsibilities encompass all aspects of the business, including acquisitions, financing, and management.

Prior to founding JGK, Mr. Kahlun was the Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management at a prominent real estate investment firm specializing in New York City's multifamily and mixed-use markets. There, Benedetto helped assemble and manage a portfolio of more than 20 prime assets across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Before that, he successfully ran a real estate family office, focusing on retail assets. This experience led him to establish JGK as a dedicated investment organization.

Mr. Kahlun began his career as a Strategy Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, where he worked on international strategic projects for various clients. He holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of La Sapienza and a Real Estate Investment Certificate from Cornell University.
